Distance Learning Schedule for the remainder of the week

(February 27- March 1, 2024)

Due to extensive flooding in parts of the building, we will be moving to Distance Learning for the remainder of the week.  This time will be used to repair and correct damage done to parts of the building due to water.

Career Tech Center students will be able to attend their Career Center classes in-person as that building has not sustained damage. Bussing will be provided for Career Tech students only.  Please refer to the information at the bottom of this email for details regarding Career Tech students.

Below is the Distance Learning Schedule for students. Teachers will set up Google Meets in Google Classroom. Students should log on at the appropriate time.

Attendance will be taken at the beginning of the day with a link sent out through student email.  Students must log on and complete the sign-on to be counted as being present in school.

Career Tech Students Only

Students in the Warwick Career and Technical Center will adhere to the following schedule, which will be a combination of In-Person and Distance Learning:

Level 1 Students will be picked up at their normal bus stop in the morning and report to the Career Tech Center for their morning block. Breakfast will be available in the Toll Gate Cafeteria. Students are only allowed to use the A-100 hall in Toll Gate to get to the cafeteria. Students are not allowed in any other part of the TG building. At 10:00 Level 1 students will be bussed home using the EXAM Schedule bus stops (shown below). Level 1 students will then do their academic classes from home through Distance Learning.

Level 2 & 3 Students will do their academic classes from home through Distance Learning for the first 3 periods of the day. Students will report In-Person to their Career Tech Program at their usual time - 10:45. Those who take a bus will be picked up at the EXAM Schedule bus stop (shown below). Students should be at that stop by 10:10 because they will be picked up when the Level 1 students get dropped off. Lunch will be served in the cafeteria during 2nd and 3rd lunch as usual for Level 2 & 3 students. Dismissal will be at 1:51, and students will take their regular bus home.
