Toll Gate’s physical education program instills an appreciation for maintaining a sound body and making smart choices in all areas that affect body and mind. It introduces students to a wide range of physical activities, encouraging them to discover what works for them. That could be team and individual sports, or “lifetime” exercise like running and yoga that will help keep them healthy and active well past high school.
